In the society of knowledge economy, the most important resource is the human resource, which is the ultimate competition among enterprises. China is a country whose economy had been changed from the planned one into the marketing one. In such a situation, the state-owned economy plays the main role in the national economy, with state-owned enterprises as the main carriers, thus the development of the state-owned enterprises have the great effect not only on the economic and social development, but on the prosperity of the nation and the stability of the society. With the pace of establishment of socialist marketing economy and the China's entry into global economy, state-owned enterprises must improve managerial level and effect, utilization ratio of resources in order to survive the fierce market competition, facing multiple competitive pressure from the other enterprises of all kinds. Since the talent resource is the most precious one for an enterprise, the important factor to succeed in competition lies on how the talents are encouraged to exert themselves in the most appropriate positions. So the human resource management should be valued more.This paper selects Jinhong textile Limited company in Nanning as its researching case. It elaborates the human resource management of state-owned enterprises through the analysis of the said company's human resource management. put forward ways to improve the said company's human resource management and hope it can be uses as reference for human resource management of state-owned enterprises.This paper includes five chapters. Chapter one is introduction. It analyzes the background and significance of the thesis and current studies on this subject at home and abroad. Chapter two is literature review on theories of human resource management. Chapter three elaborates current status and characteristics of human resource management of state-owned enterprises. Chapter four is about the background of Jinhong Ltd. and its current status of human resource management.
