China Logistic Enterprises Performance Evaluation

With the reinforcing of the global economic integration,the relationship between domestic economy and the world economy become consanguineous,more and more foreign enterprises enter China. The entry of the foreign enterprises and the development of the domestic enterprises bring capacious development opportunity, but also bring heavy challenges to the domestic logistics enterprises. At present,it is an urgent problem to solve that how to analyse the performance evaluation of logistic enterprises reasonably and comprehensively;how to find out the advantages and disadvantages,in order to establish enterprise efficient performance mechanism and improve competition ability,as well as improve logistic enterprises in China's macro -environment, and also improve the competition of China's logistic enterprises ,it need to solve the problems of China's logistic enterprises.At present, there is not a perfect performance evaluation system in enterprise field, especially in newly-born logistic industry, business managing is still at the fledgling stage, and the development of logistic enterprises in different conditions vary widely. Compared with the developed countries, China's logistic enterprises are in a weak position in many aspects.This paper will study on China's logistic enterprise performance evaluation, by comparing the performance evaluation of the logistic enterprises in the US, to improve the China's logistic enterprises performance evaluation system policies and give some proposals, not only has the theory significance, but also has the vital practical significance.First of all, this paper elaborated the logistics enterprise performance evaluation system quite comprehensively,mainly including the definition of logistics enterprises, enterprise performance evaluation of the theoretical foundation, evaluation principles, the basic elements of design requirements,and so on.. Secondly, through the establishment of a reasonable assessment system indicators, mainly from the economic efficiency of logistic enterprises, the quality of the operation of logistic enterprises,business services and potential development of logistic enterprise and to establish logistic enterprise performance evaluation system; take fuzzy comprehensive judgment method as the evaluation model; then select the typical logistic enterprises in China, using the fuzzy evaluation to diagnosis its performance in the empirical analysis way, and to identify constraints of logistics enterprises improved performance major factor.Thirdly, through comparing the performance evaluation of the logistic enterprises between China and US,discover the difference in the purpose of the evaluation, the main evaluation, the evaluation index system, the evaluation model between China and the developed countries, improve our logistics enterprises performance evaluation system is very important to learn. It is very important to improve logistic enterprise performance evaluation system of China.Finally, on the basis of the problem of China's logistic enterprises performance evaluation system, the authors give the policies and proposals about how to improve the system performance evaluation so as to promote China's logistic enterprises faster and better development.
