Nowadays, human resource management (HRM) plays a more and more important role on organization existence and development. The performance management,as a key part of HRM,also becomes an important tool for organization to improve themselves and accomplish the objects. The performance evaluation is the basic point of performance management. Good performance evaluation system can reflect actual employees'working ability and also their contribution to enterprises. With this evaluation, the employees will get appropriate salary, promotion, training and etc., and their job will also get right approval from the enterprise. It is extremely important for an enterprise to build up efficient, practical evaluation system according to its'own conditions. Only in this way, can enterprises face hot competition in market. The author in this paper bases on modern achievements management principle and method, analyses M Co.Ltd's present performance evaluation system in detail, summarizes its existence insufficiency and comps up with a way to improve evaluation system_that is to set up KPI system. The paper's practical significance lies in providing a theoretical basis for M's performance management system improvement and and providing information and reference for the other similar companies' performance management.According to the relate theorem and methods of morden performance management, to do science analysis and reasearch of M company performance review currently. It is result, obviously existed some insufficient, therefore, to conduct key performance index for improvement and research of performance management system fulfilment。To combine practical status of M company, also introduction into key performance index system as an existed problem. As long as build up communication, feedback, abd become management of sciences rule at under valid prformance management, a completely human resources management system, high effeciently andlearning style of organization cultures, hence to ensure performance checking system successful fulfilment.
