Relationship Between Fairness And Efficiency From Humanity Angle

To really solve the problems of fairness in China , we must break throug the relationship between fairness and efficiency . fairness and efficiency have a certain consistency, but they also exist certain contradictions. contradictions between fairness and efficiency lie in the economic efficiency and fairness of the outcome. For the contradictions between fairness and efficiency, there are three main solutions: The first one is giving priority to efficiency theory;the second priority is fairness;the third is fairness or the efficiency is most superior alternately theory.But they are not aware of the deep-seated causes of contradictions between efficiency and fairness. I believe that in addition to private ownership of means of production, contradictions between fairness and efficiency are bound to have a root cause of humanity. On the one hand,for the social attributes, the natural attributes is the material basis and prerequisite.On the other hand, the social attributes has determin the natural attributes. out of the social attributes, human natural attributes will be equivalent to the animal's simple, natural physical attributes. Desire is not the end, it will certainly receive person's social attribute restriction. In essence, the contradictions between fairness and efficiency is the specific performance of intense conflict between natural attribute of human nature and social attributes. Therefore, we should construct relationship between fair and the efficiency in the human nature foundation. In dealing with the contradictions between fairness and efficiency, the key is to grasp the characteristics of human nature. we should take human natural needs as foundation and encourage individuals to pursue personal interests and take improvement of efficiency as the main line. At the same time, people should rationally adjust person's desire and display the fairness adjustment function. Regarding our country present strategy of change from "efficiency first, the proper attention to fairness" to "fairness and efficiency into consideration and pay greater attention to equity" , we should fully understand. Only from the perspective of human nature to dynamically grasp the relationship between fairness and efficiency and find the balance point of fairness and efficiency, will it be possible to correctly develop fairness and efficiency. Fairness is the ideal which we persuit, we should fully conform to the characteristics of human nature and display the fair adjustment function to make the whole human society develop further and more healthy. Contradictions between fairness and efficiency will disappeare along with private ownership's vanishing, like the human nature intrinsic contradictions disappearance. The communist society possibly has the true harmonious human nature. Only then can we really eliminate the contradiction between fairness and efficiency.
