A Study On Manage Pattern Of Rural Tourism

Currently,the rural tourism has been an importment part in tourism and is getting more and more popular among the tourists in all countries in the world especially the developed countries and those countries of developed tourism.in china ,the rural tourism is late to start, but develeps fastly,especially after perform of the "golden week"in the mid to late 1990s, the development of rural tourism is going fast suddenly.However,the level of development of all kinds of place is different totally besides these factors of the historical conditions ,resource endowment and economic level,the manage pattern is also the key constraints , even judge whether the development of rural tourism is successful or failure for some place.manage pattern is some way or method which use certain organization and management or some other means to integrate the factors of production and get some profit and achieve some goal.if it goes to the specific manage pattern of rural tourism ,which includes who will manage ,how to manage and how to share the duty,power and interest in the stakeholders.many problems exist in the management of rural tourism of our country including that the sense of overall planning is not strong, the level of management is not high, it is not clear between power and duty and the restrain mechanism is nt prfect, these problems will limit directly the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism ,however,a reasonable and effective manage pattern will weaken and even eliminate these bad factors.The thesis is devided into three big parts including theory ,example and conclusion.The content of the first part is to conclude all the reasearch about manage pattern of rural tourism at home and abroad,define the concept of rural tourism,discuss the feature and type of growth model of the rural tourism in china,also analyze the current manage patter of rural tourism and the problems in management of rural tourism, in addition,the theoretical foundation of reasearch of the thesis is based on the public goods theory,the theory of sustainable development and stakeholders theory,meanwhile,the thesis explains choice of manage pattern of rural tourismand some problesm we should pay attention on.The second part is the example.combining theory and example,firstly the author analyzes conditions developing the rural tourism of huangpi and the formation and development of manage pattern of rural tourism in huangpi,meanwhile,discussing the shorts and some security measure we should take.The third part is the conclusion of the thesis.
