The Research On Enterprise Information Flow Controlling

With the modern information technology rapidly developing, the management of enterprise which is the most important and basal economical activity of the society is facing an enormous reform. Informization construction is necessary for current enterprises' reformation, and the business process reengineering is the major part of enterprise informization construction. But the high risk of the business process reengineering urges people to seek new research methods. And information flow controlling is just the new way to study business process reengineering for the informization construction.The business process reengineering is divided into three levels which are concept reengineering, organization reengineering and process reengineering. According to the three levels, the paper bring that the information flow controlling can be studied in three levels too. These three levels are enterprise culture's information flow controlling, organization reformation's information flow controlling and process reengineering's information flow controlling. Furthermore, the paper has given some information flow controlling modes of the three levels basis on the analysis of enterprise culture, organization reformation and process reengineering.The contribution of this paper is concluded in the following aspects. First, the information flow controlling is divided into three levels according to the business process reengineering's levels. Second, some information flow controlling modes has been given basis on the analysis of the three levels.
