Research On Constructing The Harmonious Supply Chain Based On Multidimensional Game Theory

As a strategic alliance,supply chain is.an organization shape based on game theory.Supply chain is a net chain which is formed by the supplier,manufacturer, distributor,retailer who creates value and meets the need of customer and the customers together.In this chain,enterprises at different nodes own respective resources and the organization way.The supply chain idea represents one kind of operating process integration and cooperation strategy between cross function departments in enterprise alliance.The essence of supply chain management is to pursue the efficiency of enterprise cooperation and competitive advantage by the less products lead time inventory and the operating cost.Therefore depending on the cooperation,the integration and harmonization of enterprise procedure,the supply chain can create competitive advantage by enterprise cooperation.Multi-dimensional game elaborated in this article is game playing in influent and relationship multi-domains.When players carry on game playing in certain relationship and influent multi-domains simultaneously,players need considerate strategies in all domains to carry on multi-dimensional game playing,its total effectiveness is maximization under the balanced condition,the strategy who chooses is the most superior strategy.Multi-dimensional game is the research hot spot,it can be used to solve the various game playing question practiced in multi-domains,which is more significant.The development trend of supply chain presents the globalization,being green,full of information and being celerity,doing research on the game theory in supply chain management should simultaneously consider much influent factors.At present,each enterprise in supply chain has already carried on the competitive and cooperate game playing to pursue the whole benefit maximization.Under the world transverse integration development tendency, each kind of game playing starts between supply chains.This article takes game theory and multi-dimensional game theory as the basic theory,introduces the present situation about supply chain and supply chain management in our country,whose key point is to discuss the equilibrium of multi-dimensional game and to apply the outcome to construct harmoniously supply chain.Hoping through the analysis to obtain the conclusion:under the world transverse integration development tendency,if we want to construct harmonious supply chain and enhance the whole competition level of supply chain in our country, there is the feasibility and necessity to carry on multi-dimensional game playing in supply chain management process.How to utilize the multi-dimensional game to supply chain and balance all players' benefit to construct the harmonious supply chain,it brings much higher request to environment and the equilibrium strategy's implementation.This article analyzes the equilibrium theory of multi-dimensional game and some related measures used to construct harmonious supply chain in our country.In order to realize supply chain's globalization,our supply chains have to realize supply chain's complete information,speed up the supply chain integration process and carry on the construction of green supply chain.
