Research On City Industry Economy Based On Multidimensional Game

With the background of globalization, metropolitan areas play an important role in promoting the development of regional economy and even national economy with its unique superiority of accumulation. The development of the Metropolitan Area lies on the level of industrial development of itself. Based on the multidimensional game theory, the author analyses the game behavior of city industry economy. The paper regard a city as a participant in the game and its payoff in game is the profit of its industrial output.In Chapter II, the basic knowledge required in paper is presented, such as the basic concept and models of game theory, and the important thinking of Nash equilibrium of multidimensional game theory, and so on. Then, the basic model of the multidimensional game theory of city industry is shown. In Chapter III, the paper analyses the city industry based on the static multidimensional game with complete information. According to whether cities have comparative advantage in its industries, the paper analyses the Cournot Game between cities in the two cases. At each case, city's payoff and industrial efficiency are evaluated. In Chapter IV, the paper analyses the urban industry based on the dynamic multidimensional game with complete information, the Stackelberg Game between cities which both have the competitive advantages in one industry have been studied, and researches in the Two-stage Dynamic Game between cities which both have the competitive advantages in one industry and have Technical exchanges with each other. In Chapter V, the paper analyses the urban industry based on the bounded rational evolutionary game based on the research of Chapter III. We can have a conclusion that it is possible to the cities to cooperate with each other on the industry, and the cooperation is stable. In Chapter VI, the article analyzes the research on upstream and downstream city industry based on multidimensional game according to whether there are any advantage to the industry, the paper discuss the games in different cases. Finally, the contents of the paper are concluded, the innovative results and the shortage are pointed out.
