As the rapid development of economy globalization and market competition, it is known that double-won for employees with enterprise become the key to the development and existence of enterprises. Performance appraisal is the key part of human resource management, practicing in scientific performance appraisal has important significance in double-won for employees with enterprise. The thesis puts forward a corresponding appraisal measure: AHP-FCE Model.By employing the theories and methodologies of management, operations research, fuzzy math, economics and psychology, the paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic research on performance appraisal in enterprises. The main tasks of the study include two aspects. The theory part expounds the connotations of performance, performance appraisal, sets up evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model, and puts forward ways to improve performance appraisal result, Basing on study work of predecessors, the author makes attempts on appraisal index, appraisal method of the knowledge staff of the enterprises. The empirical analysis part applies the index system and AHP-FCE model to evaluate the project management knowledge staff of DD co. and suggests performance appraisal result with the real diagnosis analysis, explicating the application and maneuverability of AHP-FCE comprehensive evaluation in performance appraisal. This thesis comprises several sections as following:The first section is an introduction. In this section, the background, purpose and significance of performance appraisal, the states quo of literature reviews on performance appraisal are summed up, afterwards, the content, methodology and technique route is laid out.The second section is a summary of performance appraisal. Connotation of performance appraisal is defined, the states quo of performance appraisal methods are generally analyzed.The third section focuses on AHP-FCE model. Combined with the construction principles of evaluating index system, according to factors of performance appraisal, combined with characteristic of knowledge staff and basic principle of AHP and FCE, paper has a study on AHP-FCE model, and carries on the real diagnosis analysis.The forth section is the empirical analysis. Evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model is applied to evaluate the performance appraisal of the project management staff of DD co. and according to performance appraisal result give suggest with the real diagnosis analysis.The last section is the conclusions and expectations. In this section, the main contents, creative points and some problems existing in researches are listed, and some possible directions of future research are pointed out.
