"September 18th incident"had brought shame on the whole Chinese. Since then Japanese imperialism invaders founded the puppet regime—Manchukuo in the northeast and carried the colonial rule on the northeast as long as 14 years. It never stops that to condemn oppression and economic resources plundering that the Japanese invaders had carried on. After the founding of new China, more and more thesis and monumental work about every domain of colonial rule on the northeast had criticized brutal plundering and the oppression. But the theses about financial policies of Puppet Manchuria regime are infrequence.Financial policies are important part of nation economies, financial policies of Manchuria national bank were the principal implement that Japanese imperialism invaders plundered the northeast people. Writer selects financial policies of Manchuria national bank during 1931 to 1936 to analyze the background and the reason and the aim and the content and the process of the financial policies so that reach a comprehensive evaluation.This dissertation bases on the former academic research results about economy history of Puppet Manchuria regime. Begin from the firsthand material to inspect such question about financial policies through the two angles of social history and economy history. Writer would to prove two purposes of Japanese imperialism invaders. The first is that control the financial dominion in the northeast, the second is that forcibly occupies financial market of Three Northeast Provinces. By comparing with the northeast financial policies before the"September 18th", to analyzes the characteristic of Manchuria national bank and further discussion about the question.
