| Scenic spot refers to natural sight which has great value in science and aesthetic. Aiming at satisfy the need of human beings' spiritual activity and scientific research, it is a non-renewable resource to all human being. Hua Mountain is XiYue among the WuYue, which is a very famous mountain for Taoism and once been reputed as the top dangerous mountain in China. Hua Mountain was fistly programmed by State Council as one of the 44 national scenic interesting sites. Hua mountain has a unique history, culture and aesthetic value and is the right place that emperor lived where the culture of Taoism clustered. The deposition of culture heritage from the legendary story of God and historical and cultural events reflect the resource value of origin of Chinese civilization. In the year of 1987, State Council has approved scenic overall plan (from 1985 to 2000) of Hua mountain. A series of solutions have been raised in that plan and also keep the principle to protect the mountain on the basis of use. The plan has provided a scientific framework for the development of Hua mountain.During recent years, great development has been acquired in tourism with the rising of holiday economy, especially after the implementation of golden week policy. However, serious problems occurred at the same time, such as the transportation in scenic spot, security affairs, the crowdedness during peak period, the reception and management, etc. Confronting with these problems, we had no time to delay. It was urgent to find methods for the balance of development and protection.This thesis took the Mountain Huashan under pressure of golden week policy as an example. Through investigation and comparison study, it analyzed the negative influence of the golden week policy on the Mountain Huashan and found out the reasons. Based on it, solutions are put forward to help solving the problems and aimed to achieve the sustainable development which include strengthening the management of scenic spot, using the lever of price, developing new route of scenic and reforming of the golden week policy. |
