Research On The International Competitiveness Of Heilongjiang Agricultural Processing Industry

In one aspect, the development of the agricultural product processing industry decides the degree of the satisfaction in the aspect of city and country residents' demand which diversify increasingly, become multi-layers and changing with each passing day, so the agricultural product processing industry has close relation with consumption of the city and country residents, and on the other aspect the agricultural product processing industry is the extension and development of the agriculture industry, because the agricultural product processing industry make great difference in raising the additional value of agricultural product and increasing the income of farmers. So the agricultural product processing industry is the important problem that relates to the national policy and people's livelihood.Heilongjiang is a big agriculture province. The agricultural product processing industry of Heilongjiang province has the advantage of raw material habitat in 12 type important agricultural product processing industries of China. The agricultural product processing industry of Heilongjiang province has had certain scale and parts of its industries and product has advantage in some degree, in which some products have stronger competitiveness on the market at home and abroad. But there still has margin when it is compared with the developed nation and the developed province in the aspects which include the whole level, the total amount of scale, the efficiency of production, the technique level, the competitiveness and so on. So we must look for valid strategic measure to raise the international competitiveness of the agricultural product processing industry in Heilongjiang province.On the base of studying the theories of Comparative advantage theories and Competitive advantage theories, this paper re-definite the international competitiveness content of the industry. Through the international comparison in the labor force advantage, efficiency of resource usage, we can reveal the international competitiveness of Heilongjiang province. And at the same time we put forward the evaluation model of the international competitiveness of the agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province. We choose 15 factors from many factors which have relationship with the agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province to build up a factor system and construct the evaluation model of the international competitiveness of the agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province. We use factors analysis to analyze the influential factors and comprehensive valuation of the international competitiveness of the agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province.
