The agricultural products processing enterprises are the leadings of modern agriculturalin Hebei province, they are linkages of agriculture and market. Since reform and openingof China, the agricultural products processing enterprises of Hebei have developed rapidly,some agricultural products processing enterprises above designated size have been formedwhich contributed greatly for the increasing in peasants' income and the progress in thedevelopment of Hebei's agriculture. After entering 21st century, with people's constantlyincreasing demands in the quality and quantity of agricultural products, the competition inthe market of international agricultural products becomes more and more intensive. Theagricultural products processing enterprises of Hebei are facing new situation andproblems. The study on development strategy of agricultural products processingenterprises in Hebei Province will have the practical and theoretical value to the economydevelopment of Heibei.Beginning at a study on the current situation of domestic and international agriculturalproducts processing enterprises, this thesis firstly systematically analyzes thecharacteristics and trends of development of agricultural products processing enterprisesinside and outside China, which the aim is to definite the development direction ofagricultural products processing enterprises in Hebei. It makes clear definition ofagricultural products, agricultural products processing industries and agricultural productsprocessing enterprises. According to different standards, it classifies agricultural productsprocessing enterprises into different types. It determines the theoretical foundation,including theories of scale economy, connection economy, cluster economy and enterprisescompetitiveness theory. And by using above theories, it analyzes the agricultural productsprocessing enterprises' development in Hebei Province for purpose of the theory support toHebei provinces' agricultural products processing enterprises' development.The thesis descriptively analyzes current situation and analysis of agricultural productsprocessing enterprises in Hebei province. Firstly, it introduces the current situation of thesmall and Medium-sized agricultural products processing enterprises in Hebei. Secondly,using descriptive statistic and systematic cluster methods analyzes the above designatedsize agricultural products processing enterprises, and then 2798 above designated sizeagricultural products processing enterprises are classified into 5 types in terms of 6indicators. Thirdly, by using factor analysis method analyzes the 5 listed agriculturalproducts processing enterprises' competitiveness, and the conclusion is that Chengde Luluhas the strongest competitiveness; the following respectively are Changshan, Fuchengwufeng, Yufeng and DixianB. Finally, by comparing the 5 listed agriculturalproducts processing enterprises' competitiveness with the other domestic enterprises, wecan draw a conclusion that the rest four enterprises' competitiveness is weak, except forChengde Lulu.The last part of the thesis puts forward different development strategies in view ofdifferent types of enterprises. The small and medium-sized agricultural products processingenterprises can use the enterprises cluster strategy, special resource strategy, technicalinnovation strategy. The above designated size enterprises can use the internationalizationstrategy and strategic alliance strategy. The listed agricultural products processingenterprises can use integrated strategy, core competitiveness strategy and multiplex strategy.At last it expounds the successful development strategy of Sanlu.
