A Study On Competition Strategy Of Shouguang Xinlong Electrochemical Group

With the China's entry into the WTO and the price increasing of the international resource products, the chemical industry in our country has been growing so rapidly during the recent years. The competition becomes more fierce as the enterprises of Chlor-Alkali Industry has deepened their knowing on the scale economy and intensive operation, and the advanced corporation abroad with their high and new technology has invested in the building factory or the joint operation or annex and conformity at home. Therefore, it is very important to design and carry out the competition strategy suitable for the enterprises' development.This article took Shouguang Xinlong Electrochemical Group as the study object and analyzed the macroscopical circumstance, industry circumstance, competition circumstance, inside resource and capability of the company exerting the relevant study fruit of the competition strategy in domestic and abroad and concluded the outside opportunity and menace and the advantage and disadvantage of the company. They made a conclusion of adopting differing competition strategy utilizing the SWOT matrix and analytic hierarch process. And they also lodged several steps to implement the differing competition strategy.This article scanned widely the global and analyzed the macroscopical circumstance, Chlor-Alkali industry conditions and developing direction of technics wax. Not only ,the study in this paper has a practical significance to design and implement the diversification strategy, to seek the potential value, to decrease the cost, to optimize the value chain and to improve the core competitive force in Shouguang Xinlong Electrochemical Group, but also the conclusion out of this article has brought certain significance for our most Chlor-Alkali Industry manufacturing and machining enterprise to take part in the international market competition actively , and will be helpful to other enterprise.
