State-owned holding commercial banks, as the main body of China's banking system, in the modern commercial bank in the process of transition, are facing changes in the management system and operational mechanism and tasks and challenges. In the increasingly complex fierce competition in the market environment, how to build a competitive structure, effectively to promote the management structure and the operation mechanism of reform and innovation, and corporate governance reform as soon as possible to achieve the strategic objectives, must be resolved as soon as possible and become a major issue which state-owned holding commercial banks are facing.This paper discusses the current status of the state-owned holding commercial banks to carry out organizational restructuring and adjustment of the mode and means.
