The organizational change of state-owned enterprises has been one of the key points of the economic reform in our country. The organizational change of state-owned enterprises,is due to internal and external environment of the state-owned enterprises which have been dramatic changes. With Chinese economic and state-owned enterprises to continuously push forward the integration into the globalization, information technology, market-oriented, knowledge-based degree, increasingly accelerating the state-owned enterprises into the main players in the market and its strategy, structure, systems and culture change. To this end, since the reform and opening up, the state-owned enterprise reform has always been in the core content of Chinese economic reform.With the significant achievements of the state-owned enterprise reform in China, there are still many problems in the state-owned enterprises organizational structure design. At the starting point of the organizational structure change of the state-owned enterprises, the paper researches the problem of the organizational structure change in the state-owned enterprises following some aspects.First, based on the review the literature of the corporate organizational structure change, this paper systematically combs the literature of change motivation, change content, change mode, change trends study, provides the theoretical basis support for the subsequent study of change of enterprise organization structure changes.Based on the analysis of the theory of structural change systematically, at the start points of the four core issues of the system,environment, motivation, mode,, this paper analys of the state-owned enterprises key issues of structural change, and explores further to improve the summary organizational structure change supporting system of state-owned enterprises.On the basis of the theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the cases of the organizational structure change to the state-owned enterprises in China. With the specific reality, this paper analysis of China’s state-owned enterprises in different industries and different types of change case,and of tries to find new initiatives and new methods of the organizational structure change of the new round of state-owned enterprises in Chinese business activities.The last part of this paper is to give recommendations for structural change of the state-owned enterprises. According to the existing problems in the organizational structure changes in the state-owned enterprises in China, r combined with structural changes in the mode, this pape put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the organizational structure changes in China’s state-owned enterprises in terms of institutional environment, corporate strategy, business processes, organizational structure, corporate culture.
