Discussion On The In-and-out Of China's State-owned Enterprises

State-owned enterprises are the mainstay and dominant power in China, which have given large contributions to the national economy. However, it is the primary stage of socialism in China that the degree of socialization of production is not high enough to take possession of all the means of production by society. Thus, strategic adjustment of state-owned enterprises has always been a major issue of China's economic reform.
