The article begins on the elementary conception of the marketing, advances the content and the significance of the marketing, meanwhile comments on the basic idiocy of the marketing. It introduces the essential theory and the main analysis artifice, analysis the elementary character of maketing of real estate and its leasing, discusses the basic parts of the maketing of real estate and its leasing.Secondly, based on abundant research and analysis of enterprise maketing of real estate, the article resolves the venture which will appear in every tathe, much more, it advances the resolving on how to avoid or reduce venture.At last, around on existed venture problem, the article puts forward the main ensure measure as follows: analysis of environment, competition, market segmentation, choice of target market and integrated marketing. Through some maketing appliance cases of enterprises which lease real estate, it is expected to help us to have a general cognition and more embedded research into human resources management of chain enterprise, it also helps us to accelerate our marketing skill, let marketing make more and more effective in the fast development of leasing of real estate.
