The development of project management in IT industry has been relativelymature after years of combination of theory and practice.With the development atfull speeds of science and technology,resource allocation under multi-projectenvironment has been the main operation focus of IT enterprise.In multi-projectmanagement,it will inevitably lead to arise conflicts among projects to solve resourceallocation problems by using traditional project management methods.Based onthis situation,according to project management of resource allocation managementneed to its project management methods are deeper mining.Though the multi-projectmanagement theory theories are not proposed for long,but as the application ofmanagement thoughts in the IT industry and achieving the ideal effect,the newconcept gradually become the hotspot in the field of project management.But inChinese IT enterprise, researching on resource allocation in multi-projectmanagement is scarce,In the practical application process,it will be difficult toharmonize conflicts of prioritization in multi-project, unreasonable to assignresources among projects, inappropriate to draw up the enterprise resourceplanning,and so on.It will provide some new ideas on solving resource allocation in multi-projectmanagement by using literature study and investigation and sorting projects in orderof priority. IT industry always keeps rapid development. It requires advanced projectmanagement tools and the related to rise this industry rapidly. According to statistics,there are many problems about resource allocation in multi-project management, theresources conflict is serious. This suggests that IT industry current projectmanagement method has shortcomings and need to new management mode which suits for its characteristics. By reading the literature at home and abroad and otherreference materials, this thesis summarizes the classification, the characteristics ofproject management. According present situation of QiMing, and the problems inprocess of implementing resource allocation, this paper Analyzes and sums up themain factors that will influence Resource Allocation in Multi-Project Management:project scheduling, Resource Planning, and Allocation of Resources. Finallysummarizes many project priority determination and rational allocation of resourcesis more project management of the key resource allocation.In determining the projectmanagement of the key problems of resource allocation, affects the allocation ofresources the constitute factors analysis, from two levels put forward project prioritymethods of sorting, namely combination classification matrix method and fuzzyanalytic hierarchy process (ahp) to construct many project choice of comprehensiveevaluation model.The evaluation result is project rank, to make resources planningand rational allocation of resources to provide the basis for, and at the same time thissort reflected constitute project degrees of importance, and make more projectmanagement in the implementation of give attention to two or more things globalbasis can also highlight the key.Definition of project priority is resource planningafter the protocol and reasonable choice of resources. According to the open mindedcompany in the implementation of many project management in the resourceallocation problem, and suggests the improvement measures and guarantee measures,this theory applied to the actual management....
