Based on KH Company's actual situation, the thesis carries on SWOT analysis in the construction of enterprise's core competing. The company puts forward carrying out Lean strategy as follows: The company carries out the biggest value by eliminating waste originated from the value chain, Lean Production and ISO9000 system on the basis of outstanding achievements, taking Leaning thinking as an instruction, taking customers need as a direction, turning an integration enterprise's resources as a mean.The thesis explores the quality management model according to Lean thinking. The basic thought of quality standard and putting an end to waste surrounds Lean quality management. Its characteristics condense four points: coming close the client, treating the employee kindly, low cost and zero defects. And the paper sums up the working method including standardization, PDCA circulation and quality data analysis.The article puts forward the frame of a valid quality management model according to Lean thinking, carrying out the standards of Zero Defects, quantitative process control, KANBAN of quality assurance, customer's satisfaction of orientation of the four major subsystems. It is more important to create an enterprise quality culture of excellence than imitate simply in building Lean Quality Management System. In this paper, building a quality culture model of excellence helps an enterprise to truly realize business goals of the"pursuing excellence and forging outstanding".This article applies the priciples of three refusal and process improvement from the quality management model, based on lean thinking in KH Corporation in order to make the process optimization, and management in detail, to carry out the rapid development. In the meantime, the paper tries hard for our country's auto parts enterprises to provide successful model: realizing lean management from extensive management, changing management of the quality value and culture of the enterprise. In that way the core competing of the enterprise would be improved.
