The M&A(merger and acquisition) and the supply chain management is the main trend of the 21st century business management. Since the 1990s, the whole world has had five large-scale enterprise M&A tide. From 1984, China also appeared two M&A high tides in the true sense. However, M&A did not always succeed. Some research indicated that, in all enterprise merger and acquisition, the complete M&A defeat or does not have any effect occupy the total M&A activity one above the half, investigates its reason, after the enterprise M&A conformity is disadvantageous, had not achieved the anticipated M&A goal, and not realize the cooperation effect is the success or failure key of M&A. Therefore, how to get the realization of coordination effect in the reorganization and conformity of the supply chain, is vital for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage and achieve its strategic target.She divides enterprise's resources into two parts: the material resources and the immaterial resources. Through the research on the supply chain conformity of the M&A enterprise, she discusses the supply chain conformity strategy of materiality cooperation and immateriality cooperation separately, applies these conformity strategy in the different M&A type, and combines the supply chain coordination strategy which suits for the different M&A type. Finally making some shallow explorations for the finally realization of the M&A enterprise's supply chain cooperation.The first chapter is the part to induct the question, elaborated the global M&A background as well as the research goal and the significance.The second chapter elaborated the M&A theories of enterprise as well as the research on M&A enterprise's cooperation effect. According to the enterprise resources theory and M. Porter's value chain theory, she divides the M&A supply chain cooperation into the materiality cooperation and immateriality cooperation two parts.The third chapter discusses the supply chain conformity strategy separately from the materiality cooperation and immateriality cooperation. Based on the structure of the supply chain, divide the materiality cooperation strategy into supplier's conformity strategy, enterprise structure's conformity strategy and the seller's conformity strategy; and the immateriality cooperation realized mainly through the control system, the enterprise culture, the brand and the human resource's conformity.The fourth chapter, according to the industry relation of the M&A enterprise and goal enterprise, divides the M&A into three kinds: the crosswise M&A (supply chain proliferation), the longitudinal M&A (supply chain extending) and the mix M&A (supply chain supplement). The different M&A type can realize different supply chain cooperation effect. The crosswise M&A (supply chain proliferation)mainly through the supplier, the enterprise internal organizational structure and the seller conformity achieved the materiality cooperation, and achieves the immateriality cooperation through the brand and the human resources conformity; according to the longitudinal M&A (supply chain extending) , the enterprise underlying tissues structure conformity is the main method to achieves the materiality cooperation, and through the control system and the human resources conformity to achieve the immateriality cooperation; the mix M&A (supply chain supplement) through the enterprise underlying tissues structure, the enterprise culture and the control system conformity to achieved the supplies chain cooperation. Speaking of the enterprise culture conformity, it is mainly aimed at the transnational M&A. If the goal enterprise is not the enterprise of our country, cultural conformity is quite important after the M&A.The fifth chapter. The real cases' analysis on the crosswise M&A, the longitudinal M&A and the mix M&A further proved that, implement different supply chain conformity strategy to the different type M&A, is a powerful guarantee to the realization of cooperation effect.
