A Study On Constructing Regional Logistic System Of Shanghai Under The Development Of Regional Economy

As one of china's most developed regions among economy, science and technology as well as culture, the Yangtze River Delta which with shanghai as its center has recognized as the world's sixth metropolitan regions and one of the most energetic regions in the world, driven by integration of world's economics, going to the integration of regional economics by intense industry and traffic contact .Following the experience of developed countries'regional economic development, the integration of regional economics needs the integration of regional logistics give driven esurience.The development level of Logistic is important in appraising the comprehensive strength of a city or the regional economy. The regional logistics is an important component of the regional economy, and the integration of regional economics can make the regional and the inter-regional logistics tend to rationally to meet the rational overall arrangement of the industrial structure, thus reducing the logistic cost and bringing about an advance in regional logistics. Only on the basis of regional economy cooperating can we set up the regional logistic system and give a full play of the regional logistics on pushing the regional economy. So it is meaningful to study regional logistic system from the point of regional economy.This thesis, proceeding with regional economic theory and regional logistic theory, regards shanghai as the research object and 16 cities in Yangtze River Delta as research area, explains the relationship between the regional economy and regional logistics, the function and cyberspace structure of the regional logistic system and the making element and evaluation index of being constructed. It also analyzes the function, strategy and environmental condition of setting up regional logistic center and developing regional logistic system in shanghai use SWOT and Grey Relational Theory, then uses quantitative method analyses the instruction of shanghai regional logistic system and the moving mechanism of shanghai regional logistic system. The end of this thesis gives the advice of developing shanghai regional logistic system, involving logistic conception, infrastructure, information platform, supporting policy, logistic enterprises, personnel training and rule of law insurance and so on.
