The logistics industry develope so fast in today, and it’s status during the entire economy and become more and more important. Studying of economic theory, regional logistics theory and the interaction relationship between both of two make people recognize the importance of regional logistics in the regional economy clearly, and also can have conclusion the development can promote the development of regional economy in many ways.Gansu Province is located in the center of China, where is a very important strategic position. It is a place must be passed through across from south to north of China. State Council approved the establishment of the New District of Lanzhou recently.It is a very important opportunity for development of Gansu Province.First of all, the theory of the regional economy and regional logistics were reviewed, and on that basis, qualitative analysis of the interaction between regional economy and regional logistics was wrote. After using mathematical modeling methods described herein, we use the GDP in recent years as a representative of Gansu Province regional economic development data, meanwhile we use cargoes of Gansu Province as a representative of the regional logistics industry development in Gansu Province of data, logistic model to establish the relationship between regional logistics and regional economy quantitative analysis, and comprehensive analysis of the model, as a basis for trying to draw conclusions. Analysis of the model does contain marginal analysis, elasticity analysis and inflection analysis through these analyzes, we draw the relevant conclusions and recommendations are given regional logistics development and regional economic development in Gansu Province.
