With the status of buyer's market to rise gradually, personalized customer demand will be gradually expanded. Competing of the customer between the sellers is also even more fierce. Customer Value is considered to improving Customer Loyalty, Customer Rights and interests, enhancing and maintaining lasting enterprises an important source of competitive advantage. The development of the theory of customer value to customers' classification provides a new perspective. The vigorous development of the logistics industry to logistics enterprises attach importance to customer value analysis, but the logistics business customers on the classification and application is not yet perfect, and logistics services on a non-discriminatory customers the level of service, resulting in the waste of resources, rising costs, relative reduce the level of logistics services.Based on the logistics enterprises in the development of logistics services the analysis of the level of discrimination, pointing out that logistics enterprises in the market to increase competition in logistics services, and enhance the competitive edge, we must classify customers, and through the logistics of the enterprise customer value Customer classification analysis, and in accordance with the classification results, and logistics enterprises by customers classification management strategy, enterprises rational allocation of resources, raising the level of logistics services by customers upgrading logistics enterprises classification of customer value and enhance logistics enterprises competitive advantages. The article is composed of five parts, namely customer value and logistics business customers classification for the evolution of the two main lines, in the customer value and logistics business customers on the basis of classification, based on the customer value to the logistics business customers classification method, and to explore the logistics business customers the choice of classification management strategy.
