| Along with propelling of the countryside reform and the implementation of the modern production of agriculture method, the quantity of the surplus rural labor keeps on growing. But how to transfer these labors has already become the most realistic, thorny and urgent topic in our country. Under the premise that the township enterprise's ability of absorbing surplus rural labor is dropping gradually and the pressure of city employment enlarges unceasingly, developing country economy becomes an important way to solve the transfer of the surplus rural labor. But at present, the research on the country economy absorbing surplus rural labor is still at the starting stage. So there are important reference meanings in solving the problem of the transfer of surplus rural labor in the research.On the basis of the theory about the transfer of the surplus rural labor and the development of the country economy, this text proposes that the development of county economy will become an important way to transfer the surplus rural labor, through the research to the present problem of the transfer in our country, and it demonstrates the relationship between the two with the quantitative analysis.Then taking Hebei Province as the example, the article carries on the demonstration with principal component analysis and cluster analysis. According to the result of the cluster analysis, it analyses the condition about the absorbing. Then using the regression analysis, it analyses the affecting factor to the development of county economy, and summaries the ways of country economy absorbing the rural labor .Finally, according to the actual situation to the development of country economy, the article proposes relevant recommendations on how to promote the transfer of surplus rural labor in country economy . |
