Risk Research On Power Engineering Of EPC Management Mode

This article studies on the owner's risk according to risk management system of risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation, risk response plan, and risk monitoring. First, this article summarizes the owner's risks in the power engineering projects at EPC management mode, and analyzes the possibilities of these risks as well as the consequences they may cause. Then the author uses the AHP method to evaluate and categorize these risks, and develops specific response plan for each risk. In the end, this paper proposes a risk monitoring system. Furthermore, this article presents a scientific and complete method for owner's risk management in power engineering projects at EPC mode. It proves to be effective and will make a reference for owner's risk management of EPC projects.
