Study On The Sustainable Land Use In The Changjiang Delta Area

With ever increasing of population as well as acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the scarcity of land resources and ecological-environmental degradation resulted from unreasonable use of land have become more and more obvious.Therefore,study on sustainable use in signification both theoretically and practically.This paper took the sustainable land use in the changjiang delta area as an object of study.In the first part,the author introduces the connotation and the evaluating indices,method of the sustainable land use .Then base on analyzing its land use current situation,questions,the author studies its time and space dynamic change of the land use in the changjiang delta area,discusses the impact on the sustainable land use from the trend of change in the number of land resources and human activites two aspects.After that,constructing the evaluating indices of the sustainable land use in changjiang delta area,and use of AHP,comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the level of the sustainable land use in the region of Shanghai,Nanjing,Suzhou, Hangzhou,Ningbo.Then analyzing their main obstacles in the sustainable land use.Finally from the rapid development of industrialization,urbanization;the current structure of land ownership;the competition in the areas to discuss why the sustainable land use at a low level in changjiang delta area.Then from the three aspects,the author brings out some countermeasures for regional land use development.
