Xin Wang Non-ferrous Metals Holdings Groups is a large state-owned enterprise groups directly under the lead of the provincial government. This paper mainly studies the development strategy of such a typical regional non-ferrous metals enterprise in order to accelerate its unconventional development.This paper mainly points out the opportunities, threats, strengthens and weakness of the company, determines the strategic purpose, industry development direction and general strategic selections and proposes the core business development strategy, resource integration strategy, restructuring strategy and capital management programs based on the current situation of Shaanxi non-ferrous metals mineral resources and the development practice of Xin Wang Non-ferrous Metals Holdings Groups, adopting the strategic theories of Five Forces Model, SWOT and core competitiveness and through comprehensive analysis of the inside and outside resources of the company and the internal and external key strategic elements evaluation. Further, this paper suggests that the company uses the supporting measures such as the parent and subsidiary companies control management mode, human resources management innovation, cultivation of good corporate culture, risk prediction and prevention to ensure the achievement of the organizational implementation of corporate strategy and strategic purpose.Cultivating the large groups and companies of international competitiveness has always been one purpose of China's economic system reform. This paper is applicable for the strategic development of Xin Wang Non-ferrous Metals Holdings Groups, which will also work as a special reference to large and small state-owned enterprises in the crucial stage of reform for how to achieve fast development. |
