Corporation will face to furious competition after entering the WTO.Corporations must run in higher speed and greater efficiency in order to adapt the current posture. But: low working efficiency and positivity of the employees has been puzzling managers for a long time. Although managers have adopted many kinds of methods to solve the problem about the performance of the employees, the problem hasn't been solved essentially. It is very important that how to look on the performance evaluation of corporation in an all-around vision, solve the problem about performance evaluation, and even achieve the breakthrough of performance evaluation.In this study method for solving the problem of performance evaluation are raised based on the actual instance of corporation and basal theory of performance evaluation with the use of Key Performance Indicators. The main content of this paper is:Firstly, the concept of performance evaluation and development of performance evaluation system are summarized briefly, the difference of performance evaluation and performance manage is analysed, the relation of performance evaluation and human resources manage is emphasized, basal tools of performance evaluation- Key Performance Indicators are introduced in detail, so that basic theory about the choice of methods for solving performance evaluation of corporation is provided.Secondly, the Beijing Super Star Information Technique Development Co.,Ltd is introduced in this paper, the current status of performance evaluation in Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd is analysed emphasized, scantly systematism, absenced availability communicate and criterion organically are performance evaluation of Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd actuality. The paper pointed out notion and idea are supreme obstacle of enterprise implement performance evaluation. So we must emphasize overall performance consciousness, those were main task of Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd h human resource managed.Thirdly, the paper farther detailed investigation performance evaluation system conceive of Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd. Based target of Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd formed grade branch for key performance target, so sequentially decomposed for each branch target, and composed key performance target base. Based key performance target, we can devised different sheet, those respective for branch and individual performance evaluation, at the same time evaluation instance been feedbacked, attained promoted staff work efficiency and enhance quality by performance evaluation. All above can maked staff's work behavior accorded with whole enterprise aim.Finally, I put forward myself opinion about Beijing Super Star Co.,Ltd performance evaluation system of apply quarantee, and put forward advice for possibly question of implement course.
