The rapid development of today’s society, the competitiveness of enterprises is intensified. Performance management as a corporate management is a major problem, and its importance is increasingly prominent. For modern enterprises, for their own characteristics to design a performance management system, the enterprise implementation of human resource management universities, enterprises are required to improve competitiveness. HR as a corporate human resources management system to run core sector, its performance level determines the operational quality of the whole enterprise human resource management system, but also on their overall performance status plays a vital role.In this paper, an important method of performance management from the start, that key performance indicators (KPI), for a number of specific problems in HR management L pharmaceutical companies to re-establish a more appropriate to their development needs key human resource management performance indicators.L Pharmaceutical Company founded in the early 1970s, in 2000 and converted into a joint-stock restructuring of private enterprises, the main business of proprietary Chinese medicine research and development, production and sales.
