Along with the speeding up of economic globalization advancement, and the increasing of various kinds of trade in services, trade in services has become one of the most important ways in the international trade. Recently trade in services in developed country and developed area of our country develops very fast, and the proportion in the international trade is kept on increasing. As an area of the developing country, trade in services is not been paid enough attention in Guangxi. People's only paying attention to commodity trade led to the result of it's proportion in international trade is keeping very little. And it is harmful to the economic development and the trade structure. AGREEMENT ON TRADE IN SERVICES OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN NATIONS was signed on 14 January 2007. This Agreement shall enter into force on 1 July 2007. By the way of using Association of Southeast Asian Nations free trade area, Guangxi can make full use of the comparative advantages, and try to develop its competitive advantages to promote trade in services.On the base of the elaboration of the correlation theory and the revision of some related articles, by applying qualitative and quantitative methods, this article summarizes the major characteristics and the restricted factors of Guangxi' trade in services, from the angle of the geographical superiority, the resources superiority and the policy superiority of Guangxi. This summarizes was on the base of the data of Guangxi. It proposed many Measurements and ways to solve these problems exist in the development of Guangxi's trade in service.
