Study On Changsha City's Urban And Rural Industrial Interaction To Promote Urbanization

The conflict between urban and rural is one of the main problems which need to be solved. Dual-structure of industry in urban and rural areas is remarkable, which restricts the development of urban and rural industries, and the process of urbanization. On the basis of the theory of regional economics, industrial economics, urban geography and so on, through the review of the theory of urban and rural industry interaction, this paper adopts demonstration research method, analyses the relationship of urban and rural industries interaction and urbanization, puts forward industry development is the premiseof urbanization.Firstly, it puts forward and defines the meaning of urban and rural industry chain, urban and rural industry interaction, describes the development of urban and rural industries interaction and urbanization. Secondly, the paper analyses the present situation of Changsha City's urbanization and urban and rural industral development through empirical method. Especially referring how to deepen changsha's urban and rural industry interaction to promote urbanization, it puts forward two kinds of realization ways and essential conditions of agricultural industrialization and township enterprises from the angles of the industry and the enterprises respectively. Finally, combing with the actual condition of Changsha City, according to the deficiency of the interaction of urban and rural industries interaction and urbanization, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures respectively which include three industries development, urbanization construction and environmental policy and so on. Then this paper puts forward the mechanism of urban and rural industrial interaction to promote urbanization from the view of urban and rural industries interaction. In this paper, urban and rural industry interaction and urbanization are combined together. It resolves the problems that are to weaken dual-structure of industry and realize rural urbanization, and provides referenced theory and typical example which can push on the process of urbanization.
