Research On Interaction Between Rural Informationization And Urbanization In China

After the foundation of the People’s Republic of China, in order to promote the economic development of the country, the government practiced the policy called"stressing industry and overlooking agriculture".On one hand, it promoted the development of China’s industrial economy, and improved the comprehensive national strength.On the other hand, it also led to the backwardness of China’s rural economic development and made the urban-rural gap grow wider. Now, the state is paying more and more attention to emphasizing the development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and encouraging rural informatization and urbanization development, in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,make the rural economy flourish,increase farmers’ income and balance the urban and rural development. Rural informatization and urbanization has become an effective means of solving three agricultural problems.In order to better play the role in the overall urban and rural development process, it is necessary to study the interaction between the two, which is also the starting point and the foothold of writing in this paper.This thesis is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the purpose,significance and status of domestic research briefly,and summarizes the connotation of rural informatization and urbanization, development of mission and goals. The second part is to analyze the current status of the construction of rural informatinization and urbanization. The third part is the focus of this article.It analyzes the interaction between rural informatization and urbanization from four aspects of economic, human resources, material security, and rural-urban integration. The conclusion is that the rural informatization and urbanization both promote each other, at the same time also produced some negative effects, therefore our country must coordinate the development of them, play the positive role, and minimize negative impacts. In order to deal with the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and promote the positive role in the development of urban and rural integration, the fourth part puts forward the strategies of the coordination of rural informatization and urbanization from system, infrastructure, education and government in vestment on the basis of elaborating the rural informationization and interactive impact of urbanization.The ultimate aim is to promoting positive role in the development of urban and rural integration...
