Study On County Regional Economy In Guangxi Of Financial Supporting

The county regional economy, taking as of the Fundamental unit our country national economy development, has the great important status in the national economy. It is being paid attention by the government, the enterprise, the media, the scholar, and simultaneously because of "three agricultural questions" and "the new rural reconstruction", it demonstrates its strategic position more and more. Guangxi, taking as one of primarily agricultural typical provinces, faces how to solve "three agricultural problems" and impetus socialism "the new rural reconstruction", to realize well-off society and integration of city and countryside and so on, so it is more important to develop and the strengthen county regional economy especially.However, it has many problems in the Guangxi county regional economic development at present, for example modernization of the agriculture, the industrialization, the urbanization, Private enterprise's growing and strengthening, basic industry's construction and adjustment and so on, this have had the huge demand to the fund, therefore the fund question becomes "the bottleneck" of Guang xi county regional economy development, and faces bigger difficulty as less development area: Accumulation of funds ability is limited; the fiscal solvency is relatively weak; the investment scale and environment is not good ;the market size is not big; the enterprise effect is not well; the attraction of investment is not well and so on. How to solve fund shortage, capital outflow and capital formation insufficiency in the Guangxi county regional economy development, only depending on the Local authority finance is insufficient. According to the economic growth and the financial development theories, the finance is the core of modern economy and can promote the economical development. Theories of the regional economics, the development economy, the finance and so on, research methods of literature search and social investigation as well as normative analysis and demonstration analysis are used in this paper, and on the basis of setting up evaluation system of county regional economy development level, present development state of each county economy in Guangxi is appraised objectively.At the same time, the use of econometric software with demonstration analysis, after analyzing the relation of county regional finance and economy and financial characteristic, the paper point out some questions existing in the development of county regional economy of financial supporting in Guangxi. Finally, on the basis of the reality of Guangxi, the paper seeks for the reasonable spot of county regional economic development and the financial backing, construct financial backing system to develop county regional economy suitably and proposes corresponding countermeasure and suggestion. It has three aspects : financial organization system; financial market mechanism; government financial support .It is order to fund shortage problem in the Guangxi county regional economic development, thus achieves the long-range goal of the development of Guangxi county regional economic development finally.
