With the information industry taking off, at the same time, the information channel operator is playing a commodity marketing information brokers in Taiwan, and the Synnex Technology International Corporation becomes the first one. Under the circumstances of low cost competition and rapidly changed information and communication technologies, businesses need to consistently increase their own core competence to obtain competitive advantage. However, How to sustain their strategic advantage is an important issue for enterprises in this industry. In this paper, through standard analysis, empirical analysis and case analysis, we want to access the information to Taiwan's competitiveness strategy based on the logic and the main line couplet International Group. Verifying the relations of core competencies, business strategy and operating performance, it will construct their own competitive strategies for the operators and so as to choose the premise of competitive strategy to maintain its competitive edge.
