With the arrival of the economic globalization and the intensification of marketcompetition, the enterprise competitive advantage highlights "the power". In the face offierce market competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to the internal potentialand improve skills. How to build a scientific and open system of performance management,improve staff cohesion, centripetal force, action force, strain to obtain a competitiveadvantage, becomes one of the core issues each enterprise to think long-term developmentmust be concern.A company is a private enterprises specializing in the production of cotton knittedfabrics and knitted garments, the company attaches great importance to the performancemanagement, in the nearly ten years of the development process, the company constantlyimprove the performance management, to guide and motivate staff.Department and teamand employee performance outcomes and the strategic goal of the enterprise to maintainconsistent, gorgeous enterprises strategy from the" empty talk" into" air plant", enhance theenterprise the goal and the staff struggle between the consistency, enhances the enterpriseto innovate the active atmosphere, enhances the staff continue to exert potential enthusiasm,enhanced enterprise rapid response to changes in the market strain capacity, realize the modernization of the whole enterprise system, enhance the competitive advantage of theenterprise. But there also exist some insufficient, cause not fully play its role. How toimprove the performance management make the advantage of competition of "foreveryoung" is the important responsibility of enterprise managersAt present, in order to obtain the competitive advantage,many domestic and foreignscholars tend to agree with the performance management of organization and employee ofthe integrated system, through digging employee potential and improving theirperformance, and the staff’s personal goals and business strategies are combined togetherto improve the performance of the company. In this paper, based on the basis of this theory,the full text is divided into seven parts, first introduced the A company profiles and thecompany nearly ten years of performance management and the dynamic change process ofperformance management, and enhance the competitive advantage of specific performance,but also to the performance management current situation undertook thorough analysis, putforward to perfect the performance management process in order to improve the company’scompetitive advantage countermeasures.
