Comprehensive Evaluation And Analysis Of Sustainable Development Of Animal Husbandry In Guizhou Province

From the angle of the development of animal husbandry in all the world,the development of animal husbandry is still fast rapid in twenty-first Century, especially in developing countries, the overall trend is the coexistence of traditional and modern animal husbandry, in order to achieve the goal of high productivity and resource recycling, finally, reach the sustainable development of animal husbandry. China is a typical agricultural country, which is the biggest developing country in the world. Since reform and opening up,There has been obvious improvement in the number of livestock and poultry, the quantity of animal products, the living standards of urban and rural residents in china have greatly improved, due to the continuous development of animal husbandry and the gradual transformation of production mode,so, animal husbandry has become one of the most important pillars of the national economy. However, due to inappropriate policies, low-tech, etc, a series of problems appeared.Guizhou Province is a typical area of Karst geomorphology, the development of rural economy is relatively backward, because of its special landform environment, animal husbandry is also dominated by pork production, the scale-degree of animal husbandry degree is low, there is a significant difference about production scale of farms. mainly in scatter breeding of rural household and farming idea is very backward, animal manure stacked anywhere, leading to environment pollution is very serious, which has restricted the development of animal husbandry in Guizhou Province.This research against a background of the development of ecological animal husbandry, by using theories of the sustainable development, ecological animal husbandry for reference, building a synthetic evaluation systems of animal husbandry,contained 17 various indicates from four aspects(society,economy,ecology,Technology) are determined by the method of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi,then to evaluate the level of sustainable development of animal husbandry for six years from 2007 to 2013 in Guizhou Province. Results showed that the level of sustainable development of animal husbandry is between 0.271 and 0.316 in Guizhou Province from 2007 to 2013,and overall appeared a trend of rising stably, The development of four subsystems as follows: ecological subsystem > Technology subsystem > Economic Subsystem > Social subsystem,the limited factors and countermeasures of animal husbandry development were put toward.
