| The manufacturing is the underpinning of the national economy and the foundation of creating social wealth directly, more and more manufacturing enterprises were compelled to outsourcing their logistics operation to the Third Party Logistics by really competition pressure. The logistics outsourcing help enterprises pay their attention on the core operation and improve core competition capability. This paper studied the countermeasure of logistics demand enterprise in the course of cooperation, explored the factor which effect the cooperation performance of logistics outsourcing, disported the cooperation performance into five ranks, and put forward the countermeasure to help logistics demand enterprise promote outsourcing cooperation and achieve win-win. The study of this paper is based on the point of view of manufacturing enterprises. The main content of this paper includes:1. In this paper, a system of TPL evaluation is presented after summarizing the study fruit in existence, which is general and easy to operate.2. This paper puts forward the TPL selection model based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM). This paper brings SVM into the selection of TPL firstly, and shows the satisfying result of this selection model by solving a case.3. From the point of manufacturing enterprises, this paper put forward factor which effect the logistics outsourcing cooperation performance, including: the matching of sourcing, the support of leader, the selection of demand enterprises to TPL, self-contained agreement, effective harmony mechanism.4. This paper put forward the Logistics Outsourcing Cooperation Maturity Model (LOCMM) from the view of cooperation, which is based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM), and gives all the key area under every rank. This model not only help enterprises analysis actuality of outsourcing, but also give some instruct for enterprises to promote outsourcing cooperation and improve the capability of logistics operation and the quality of logistics service. |
