Research Of Some Issues On Logistics Outsourcing Relationships

With the challenge of increasing competition and the diversification or individualization of consumer's demand, meanwhile with the implementing the terms of WTO agreement concering Logistics bulwark, more and more enterprises begin to be absorbed into the domain that they are good at and concern the cooperation and connection with other enterprises. Logistics Outsourcing, as a stratagey to utilize limited resources, to reduce cost and to upgrade the competence, has been a trend adopted by enterprise. With the spread of modern logistics concept and especially more and more succeed example of the Third-Party Logistics, the relationship between logistics outsourcing company and the third party logistics enterprise also changed from the price game relations of rising here and subsiding there to the win-win partnership. This paper studies in the choice of logistics outsourcing cooperator, the trusting problem and benefit allocation problem in logistics outsourcing cooperation relationship.A decision model based on triangular numbers and fuzzy group decision-making is proposed. This model overcomes defects of traditional selection methods which either qualitative index or quantitative index is considered, and changes the qualitative indexes to quantitative index, which make the result accord with the fact and reduce the effect of artificial subjective factors on the selection results. Based on the domestic and overseas research and the concrete practice, and following the principles of logistics outsourcing cooperator's selection, evaluation index system of logistics outsourcing cooperator's selection is established, which includes five parts : basic situation of logistics outsourcing cooperator, service quality, service ability, cooperation and outsourcing cost . Based on the analysis of concrete constitutes and benefit of trust relationship, analyzed the influencing factors and influence mode of logistics outsourcing cooperation trust degree, trusting maintenance mechanism is put forward. Analyzed the trustworthy behaviour of logistics outsourcing cooperation relationship by game theory, it obtained a necessary and sufficient condition for game players giving up opportunistic behaviors and establishing mutual trust's long-term relationship,which is discount factor range. By Rubinstein's bargain mode in game theory, completely symmetric information and non complete symmetry information's benefits assignment problems are discussed, and a trial calculation is carried out.
