Grassroots Food Safety Traceability System (GFSTS) Project Management Research

Nowadays,there is a tendency to deteriorate of grassroots food security in China.Therefore,the government has vowed to rectify and regulate grassroots food market order.The author,as a primary-level government official of Food and Drug Administration,would like to discuss food chain security traceability system(FCSTS)project via the experience from practical cases of the information traceability system and product sales database in Jinan.In order to establish all-process,all-directional,all-covering,integrated safety supervise information network,as well as providing proposals and ideas for grassroots food security supervision.The paper takes construction process of food chain security traceability system as the object of the research.It analyses the main issues of FCSTS,followed by breaking down FCSTS project by Work Breakdown Structure(WBS),and finally thoroughly introduces the whole process of FCSTS project in terms of system function,project schedule,item cost.
