With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the knowledge-based enterprises develop rapidly, which not only has an important impact on our national economy, but also put forward the new requirements in enterprise's management style. Employees become the most important resource in knowledge-based enterprise, so how to execute employee relation management becomes the focal point of human resource management in knowledge-based enterprise. Especially the implementation of new"Labor Contract Law"makes employee relation management the focus of enterprise in China, and imposes a subverting challenge to the idea of enterprise's human resources management. Knowledge-based enterprises should make good use of this chance, and make great efforts to construct a harmonious and sustainable relation of employees.This paper researches on the management of employee relation in knowledge-based enterprises and has systematically investigated the evolution and development of the employee relation management theories, and has analyzed the new characteristic of knowledge-based enterprise's relations of employees. On this basis, it has further studied knowledge-based enterprise's relations of employees in our country and managed the existing problem, and has put forward the countermeasures of constructing a harmonious employee relation management system.The article is divided into five parts. Part one is Introduction. The meaning of this study, methods, content and innovation of this paper are briefly introduced; Part two studies the theories. On the basis of synthesizing the domestic and foreign research results, this article describes synthetically the intension and the development of theory of employee relation management, which establishes the theoretical foundation and defines the scope of this research; Part three puts forward the question. In light of the definition of the intension and classification of knowledge-based enterprises both at home and abroad, I define the research object of this article. At the same time, this article analyzes the characteristics of employee and the production background of knowledge-based enterprises, and has proposed the new demand for knowledge-based enterprise's employee relation management on this basis; Part four analyzes the problem. It analysis the current situation, existing problems and the reasons of employee relation management of knowledge type enterprise in China .On the basis of the comparative study of the management modes of employee and the influencing factors of U.S.A. and Japan, this papers points out that the new characteristic of knowledge-based enterprise's relations of employee in our country should be cooperativeness. Part five solves the problem. Supported by case study, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to construct a harmonious employee relation management system for knowledge-based enterprises in our country from six aspects: scientific human resources management system, legal relation between labor and capital, leaving employee's relation management, smooth communicative channel, the effective system of employee participation, strengthening of enterprise's cultural construction.
