Study On The Development Stratery And Evaluation Methods For The Information Of The Auto Logistics Enterprises

In recent years, with the production and sales volume of China's auto increases,intensified competition in the automotive industry, automotive logistics has become an important economic growth point. With the core plates of logistics, such as procurement logistics, all plant parts logistics, finished vehicle logistic and spare parts logistics, rapidly expansiving, automotive logistics enterprises become welcome by the automotive porduction factory because of the advantages of their low-cost, high efficiency, and can run through the entire supply chain. It is very important to Properly use the information systems, while, without the basement of the information systems, the automotive logistics enterprises can not be operated normally, even can not be developmented. Automotive Logistics has some features,such as complex process, multi-level structures, the large number of sending and receiving information, professional technical, which decide the information must be timely and efficiently exchanged. The automotive logistics enterprises must establish its own advantages if they'd like to well development, since the capability of conducting the information determines the capability of operating the enterprises, and that is what the industry's development needs. However, the overall level of China's automotive logistics enterprises' information systerm is not high, and many companies have not yet attached great importance to development of information, which would seriously affect China's automotive logistics for the development of enterprises. So, in this paper, we proceeded from the enterprise informationilazition, I studeid the development strategy, construction of evaluation system and analysition of the evaluation method.In this paper, firstly, we analysed the condition of the level of the automotive logistics enterprises's information systems, and compared with the foreigns'. What we did is to find out the main problems we faced: a weak awareness of information technology, information facilities and the the general level of information are backward, the logistics channels are poor, and etc. In order to solve these problems, China's auto logistics enterprises pointed out the development goals , guiding ideology and the developing Countermeasures of the information technology. So that,we can enhance China's automotive logistics information more effectively; reduce delays in the transmission of information, response faster and more accurate response; reduce logistics costs and accelerate the flow of information, and enhance the management level; help the policy-makers to make more accurate decision. And our ultimate goal is to raise the motor vehicle manufacturers and logistics enterprises' operational efficiency and ability to respond to the market, and enhance their market competitiveness by integrate all kinds of social resources.Secondly, we considered China's automotive logistics from the actual situation, compared with the principles of building the enterprises' information reference index system of criterion,and then established a set of evaluation index system for the information in the automotive logistics enterprise. The index system is established by four angles, which are decision-making, management and operation,and specificly descripted each specific meaning of every criterion. In the analysis of a variety of evaluation methods, our final choice is the more mature evaluation methods--"FAHP" which is used to evaluate at all levels, that is, the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process for the target weights, then applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the target weights various indicators on the score of automotive logistics enterprise information comprehensive evaluation of the extent.Regard an automotive logistics enterpris in Changchun as a case, we applicated of the evaluation system, and accorded to experts for the score results of the business and make a reasonable assessment, and at last did the comprehensive analysis with some practical guidance significance of the conclusions.In the final, in view of the subject of this paper, we composed some reasonable suggestions on further study.
