Research On The Public Information Platform Construction Of Logistics Integration In Xiazhangquan

The current logistics is advancing toward the targets of informationization, scientization and standardization, and the development of regional economy can never lose the support of efficient logistics. Recently, with the development of economic integration, Xiamen, zhangzhou and quanzhou(hereinafter referred Xiazhangquan), which is called the Golden Delta of southern Fujian plays an increasingly significant role in connecting the Yangtze Delta economic circle, Pearl River Delta and Taiwan, it also has a leading function in the development of West-straits economic areas. Under the support of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, the governments of the three cities speed up the pace in improving the integration of these three areas to build a metropolitan area with international economic competitiveness, and have achieved fairly fruitful results. The further economic integration of the three cities has met the bottleneck of imbalanced logistics development. Therefore, it has become an urgent affair to construct a public information platform of Logistics Integration, which would help to improve and bond the development of logistics in these three areas, and also promote the logistics efficiency, save the logistics cost and enhance the regional capacity in Xiazhangquan.The article will elaborate and sort out the research background, research significance, domestic and overseas research status and relevant theory initially, and then carry out an analysis on the access elements that influence the logistics information platform in Xiazhangquan through the method of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and lead to the conclusion that it is necessary to construct the platform, meanwhile the article will summarize and analyze the functional requirements of constructing the logistics information platform and highlight the essential restricted elements of information platform access; on the basis, the overall functions of the platform will be constructed systematically and strategically; in addition, forming the beta versioned platform, and carry out an effective assessment of the beta versioned platform by the application of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process; lastly, put forward the protection mechanism like planning and coordination, process control, quality monitoring, risk management and operation maintenance by adapting the theories of project management to ensure the successful construction of the platform.
