A Study On The Technologic Progress And The Optimization Of Service Trade In Our Country

The experiences of development of global service trade,especially the experiences of service trade in the developed countries, have indicated whether the structure of service trade was reasonable was the key factor which effected the competitiveness of service exporting. However the technological progress was the key factor among all which have effected the structure of service trade .The paper begin its analysis from the correlation between technologic process and optimization of the structure of service and in view of theory and practice it analyzes the benefit of the technical improvement which have impact on the development of the modern service industry and the economical principle of the optimization of the structure of service trade. This full text is divided into four Chapters :In the ChapterⅠ,achievements in both domestic and foreign research and development are classified and summarized .ChapterⅡintroduces the theoretical basis on which the technological progress promote the optimization of the structure of service trade. Through analysis on the change tendency of the structure of service exporting ,it analyzes the characters and signs of the optimization of the structure in global service trade . Then the paper draws into a index of structure of service trade to test the positive correlation between technological progress and the index change of the structure of service trade in one country through the experienced analyses on technological progress in service industry in America and India.ChapterⅢis the main part,which especially introduces the correlation between the technological progress and the optimization of the structure of service trade in our country. First,the paper studies how the technical improvement effected the structure of service exporting and then studies the form of the technological progress in service industry of our country .It studies and finds that after joining in WTO the optimization of service trade is faster than before in china,but which mainly happened in the traditional service trade. And there are strictly positive correlation between the technological imitating in service industry and the optimization of the structure of service among three observed-indexes. By combing the experience of America and India,the text suggestes the technological progress of Hina should improve its technological imitating ability in order to provide a good environment for the realization of technological innovation,while the main form of technological progress have to ficus on technological imitating in a certain period. In chapterⅣ,Some policies and suggestions are put forward on basement of the above.
