Shandong Province Service Trade Structure Optimization Research

Through the development of Shandong Province’s trade in services, the scale anddevelopment speed keep steady-state growth.In recent years,service outsourcing developedstrongly.At the same time,the development of trade in service of Shandong has someproblems.Services，especially producer service industries fall behind the development ofmanufacturing industry.The development of Shandong’s service trade structure is on relativelylow level.Summarizing relative theories, mainly using the theory of comparative advantage、factor proportion theory and competitive advantage theory, combined with the status of tradein service of Shandong,this paper analyze the structure of Shandong’s trade in service.Comparing trade in services with developed regions such as Shanghai、Beijing、Guangdongand Jiangsu.This part clarified revealed comparative advantage index(RCA) of service oftrade about Singapore and Hongkong.And fingding out the government factor influncingservice trade stucure. This part closed with suggestions for optimizing the structure ofShandong’s trade in service based on their successfully experience.This thesis incude sixchapters.The first chapter introducesd the research background and significance of the topic，thecurrent state of the study beyond China and overseas,the main content an，methods and theinnovation.The second chapter included the relevant theories and structure optimization indexof the structure of trade in service.The third part introduce the situation and characteristics ofservice and trade in service of Shandong.The development of service industry、 especiallyproducer service industry are backward，which resrtict the development of trade in servicceof Shandong.The fouth part analysis the structure of trade in service of Shandong.This partanalysis the general situation of tarde in service by using the NCRA index.Then analyzedtrade,service outsoucing and foreign contracted projects and labor service of Shandong andpoint out its problems.The fifth part caculate the RCA index of Singapore and Hongkong andanalyze their respect policies.Summarising their experience and learn their methods.The lastchapter proposed suggestions for developing and optimizing the structure of Shandong’s tradein service.This part will put forward suggestions which optimize the structure of trade inservice from the anpect of the service industry and the government.
