This thesis researches development strategy of Third-Party Payment based on E-Business theories, network externality and two sided market theory. Research the definition and scope of Third-Party Payment. Analyzes market scale, business model, value chain and competition of Third-Party Payment, gives a detail comparison of top 10 Third-Party Payment companies. With reference to experience of two sided market this thesis gives some innovative advices to Third-Party Payment, introduces the experience and lesson of ChinaPnR's business in online payment, brings forward 3 new payment business models, summarizes the strategy of how to compete and cooperate with the new payment channels.The business model of Third-Party online payment platforms should follow the common rules of two sided markets: marketing, business development, cooperation & competition, etc. On the other hand Third-Party Payment Provider should further develop market segmentation, differential competition and new business model.
