In recent years, the architecture and decoration industry develops rapidly and has a good market nprospect. Decoration makes people's living enviornment beautiful and lives vivid. However, the problem, brought from which ,has resulted in attractions by all society. The facts that little qualification for most construction crew, little technique standard for the construction and only doing it by experience,th low quality of the constrctors, the good and the bad quality of ecoration are intermingled, the air pollution caused by decoration harm the dweller's health, all of which have brought complaints rising year by year. It is investigated that the quality of decoration project is overlooked by government and lack of supervision. Meanwhile, the industry without scientific evaluation system and basis can't control themselves seriously.It is a task for this industry to solve that strenghing the quality evaluation study of commercial residential buildings and setting up a systematic, comprehensive and scientific evaluttion system.It would take an importance part to standardize the construction behaviors of decorating company and promote their skills to insure quality and lead a health development. Meanwhile, it can supply the supervisory office with check and decision basis.This article takes the indoor decorating project of commercial residential buildings as its object of study, including the theory of decoration evaluation, the influence factor of the quality,the method of evaluation and the establishment of evaluation model. Fist of all,grasp the current domestic decotation evaluation situation through the study of other foreign and domestic articles about decoration quality evaluation. Then through the investigation of decorating enterprises and study of on-the-spot construction, we seek out these factors that affect the quality from human beings,machine, materials,method, environment under the theory of project management and quality control and method of procedure control. We take a paper investigation for decorating residents and introduce the index of customer's satisfaction, the safety target of indoor air quality to build up the system of decorating quality evaluation target as well as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. We compare them by professor's way of investigation and weight and determine the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to judge the decorating quality. Finally, we evaluate three decorating projects by this method with achivementsz;good, qualified, qualified, which could guild the line.
