With the market demand becoming more and more diversify and individual,mass production which pursues scale economy is unable to adapt to the current market environment.At the same time,the development of advanced technology shortens the lifecycle of products,the increasing new products make companies adopt more flexible production modes.Under this background,more and more enterprises transform into the multi-specification and small-batch production model.In addition,in the increasing market competition,the quality of products has become the key to ensure the market share and realize the sustainable operation,and procedure quality is fundamental to guarantee product quality.Therefore,how to improve procedure quality in multi-specification and small-batch production has become the key problem in quality control field.This paper chooses key procedure in multi-specification and small-batch production as the research object,thoroughly studies the recognition and quality control of key procedure.The main contents consist of the following parts:Firstly,based on the literature investigation,we describe the paper background and analyze the present situation of recognition and quality control of key procedure.Besides,we point out the purpose and significance of the research.On this basis,combined with the connotation of multi-specification and small-batch production,we analyze the meaning and method of recognition and quality control of key procedure.Based on this,the key problems that need to be solved are put forward,the research ideas and the corresponding technical route are put forward as well.Then,aiming at the problem of recognizing the key procedure from the complicated procedures in multi-specification and small-batch production,the index system and the model of the key procedure recognition in multi-specification and small-batch production is constructed.Based on the analysis of the influence factors of the key procedure in multi variety and small batch production,we confirm the key procedure recognition index system,and use the rough set method to reduce the index.After that,we use AHP and grey comprehensive evaluation method to establish the model of key procedure recognition in multi-specification and small-batch production.Afterwards,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to use control chart in multi-specification and small-batch production because of the lack of data,the quality con-trol method of key procedure in multi-specification and small-batch production is pointed out.Based on statistical data transformation,we use similar procedures to expand sample capacity.We elaborate the suitable range of common control charts and determine the control chart which used in this paper.On this basis,BP neural network is used to recognize 8 control chart patterns.We give corresponding strategies according to the recognize output.This method realize the statistical process control of the key procedure in multi-specification and small-batch production.Finally,the key procedure recognition model and the key procedure quality control method are applied to the K company,the applications results were given to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the outcome of this paper.
