Along with gradually consummating of the market economy system reform, the market competition pressure which the state-owned enterprises face is getting more and more. Successful the ERP implementation is the effective way which systematism of enterprise management and improving management efficiency. In virtue of the ERP implementation, it becomes the inevitable tendency which the state-owned enterprises improve the enterprise management level and promote competitive power. According the background, the main research goal of this dissertation aims at studing how the enterprisers implement ERP from the point of the view. Taking the ERP implementation of CHALCO as an example and taking the project implementation and the reconstruction as the breakthrough point, this dissertation analyzes emphatically type-selecting and business process reengineering and the problems in process of ERP implementation as well as summarizes the successful factors of the ERP implementation and respectively. According as the studying, the dissertation intends to summarize the ERP implementation scheme and the system reconstruction in order to increase the success ratio for implementing ERP of state-owned enterprises.First, the dissertation analyzes the core of the ERP implementation in state-owned enterprises and summarizes purpose and the main contents in allusion to academic basis and our country's application status as well as main characteristics of the SAP. After that, the dissertation studies the organization of CHALCO and the problems of managements. It proposes that ERP implementation call for the market economy and enterprise-self development combing with the strategy CHALCO and the development plan.According to the ERP implementation, the dissertation emphatically studies the questions and the solutions with the demand analysis which the departments of CHALCO have proposed. It emphatically analyses more related questions, such as the type-selecting, the organization-adjustmenting, the Business Process Reengineering, the project implementation etc. At last, we conclude the successful key factors of ERP implementation, including the supporting of senior manager and team constructs, the effective project management, the reasonable system planning, the science initiating a project and the type-selecting, the data preparation and training as well as the Business Process Reengineering.There are two points of innovation in the dissertation. Basing on CHALCO ERP implementation, it proposes the feasible solution with the question which in the union implementation process exists, embarking from the implemental enterprise's angle. The three-dimensional training model has been put forward by the dissertation will enhance the training consequence of the project implementation.
