| With the rapid process of the current technology ,our country promote by technology innovation strongly , promote the economic efficiency by innovation, Currently, the research in domestic for enterprise technique innovation valuation of method much learns from the management, the economics , but from philosophy to study is not so much. This text tries to carry on the index system and method ,and make a comment on each method from different angles, have benefit for the enterprise technology innovation, then improve the level of technology innovation.This paper consists of four parts .In the first part the conception of technology innovation is analyzed, gradually transfers to the concept of technology innovation evaluation, then connotation of technology innovation evaluation and its methodology is defined. In the second part the theories foundation, principle ,basic step, index system of technology innovation methodology is mainly talked about. The third part carries on a comment to some methods in technology innovation evaluation from different angles. Finally some suggestion is put forward from Skandia, and a few possibility suggestions. |
